1. Provider

Owner of the website botscale.io and provider of the services under the Terms of Service:

Billing is handled by third-party PCI-DSS certified payment processors. Tax invoices and receipts are issued electronically for each paid transaction through the site, in line with the User’s tax jurisdiction.

3. Correspondence

Written correspondence, including data-subject requests under GDPR Articles 15-22, refund requests, and other legally significant notices, is accepted by email at admin@botscale.io.

A postal address can be provided on request for matters that require physical delivery of documents.

• Terms of Service — conditions of service supply and payment;
• Refund Policy — refund procedure and timelines;
• Privacy Policy — processing of personal data under GDPR.

5. Billing and Receipts

Electronic receipts (VAT invoices where applicable) are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If the receipt has not arrived within 24 hours of payment, email us at admin@botscale.io with subject “Receipt for order #…” and we will re-issue a copy manually.
